A strategic healthcare and human services executive with over 20 years of professional experience and extensive background in business operations, management and human resources in various organizations in the USA and Colombia, Freddy is committed to help the organization continue its growth and crucial impact providing essential services to the senior community in Broward County. Through his disciplined and transformational leadership, he has designed and executed business strategies, human capital initiatives and operational efficiency solutions, developing people, optimizing resources, and improving the service experience for clients and employees. Freddy holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Miami and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Pontifical Xavierian University in Cali, Colombia. He has been certified as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
